  32. Note that the compressed files were produced with Version 4.0 of compress.
  33. The Version 4.0 format is incompatible with earlier versions, notably 3.0, but
  34. compress.bdl is the source for 4.0.  Thus, if your version of compress has
  35. obvious difficulty with these compressed files, just pick up compress.bdl
  36. and use it.
